To all of our friends with gardens & lovers of all things squash, this recipe from allrecipes.com is a must try if you're looking to use some zucchini. I've tried many'a zucchini loafs in my day, and this one really stood out. Fudgy & using enough zucchini to actually make it seem healthy! Well, that's maybe questionable, but the goodness is not.
